The Bank recognizes the need for coordination of the Pokkali sector for the recovery of Pokkali cultivation, which has been devastated by various problems, to ensure better returns for farmers and agricultural workers, and to bring Pokkali products of international standard to the consumers. A project that enables better processing methods for Pokkali products with the help of state-of-the-art systems. This will ensure an international market and a higher price for farmers.
