5 Fruit and Vegetable Farmers Self Help Groups have been formed in this area. In addition to agricultural training classes, assistance including expert advice, low interest rate loans for seeds, fertilizers, planting materials, pesticides and, if required, land acquisition and availability of agricultural land. There are 125 people working in this field. The storage and marketing center is functioning regularly. Palliyakkal Bank has been ensuring the production and marketing of safe vegetables for 22 years. The Bank aims to provide better income to farmers and safer health to the people.

Bank is promoting SHGs for activating in various organic products area such as Fruits, Begetables, Paddy, Eggs, Milk and Jasmine Flower. Service of men and machinary is available.
