SHGs were organized 22 years back.

SHGs were formed and affiliated to the Bank and led to productive field.

Pokkali, (Organic Paddy,), Milk, Vegetables, Jasmine, Herbal Plants, Fish, Eggs etc. are the priority sectors.Now tourism also added.

10-200 members in a subject group, several groups in a subject area and 28 groups in all, including tourism.
